Welcome glass of our rosé sparkling wine, Bolle di Micaela
Appetiser - Picnic basket consisting of:
- Ricotta cream km 0, wilted dates and black olive powder;
- liquid watermelon, buffalo taleggio cheese and pea shoots;
- culatta nostrana, grana padano 30 months ‘hay selection’ and saffron reduction;
- giardiniera of km0 vegetables in sweet sour;
- carpaccio of our marinated trout, misticanza and bread croutons
- Slice of warm focaccia served at the table during the appetiser
Main course:
- Potato gnocchi with pink milk cream, beetroot, and Valtènesi black truffle
Second course:
- "Garronese Veneta" beef tartare on tomato gazpacho with Tabasco and crispy bread sails
Dessert:
- Seasonal farmhouse ice cream from "Agriturismo dell'altopiano" with almond crumble

Cover charge, water, and coffee are included. Wines are EXCLUDED and can be chosen by the glass (starting from €5) or by the bottle (starting from €23). Our wine experts will assist you in choosing the perfect pairing.

This menu is valid only for the Royal Picnic Garden Party, which will take place with a minimum of 20 participants.

The experience must be booked in advance. Please contact us by phone at +39 0365651757 to check availability. We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance.
PRE-PAYMENT
Following the availability check, the experience must be pre-purchased here on the website. We kindly ask you to provide us with the order number (# followed by 4 numbers) that you will find in your purchase confirmation email.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of an impediment, the experience can be exchanged for the same price as long as the cancellation is communicated at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of the experience.
In the event of cancellations under 48 hours or a no-show, the experience will no longer be rescheduled or usable. We are confident in your understanding, as we prepare the food with fresh ingredients delivered from local suppliers to ensure an authentic experience.
