The heart of our property is an old farmhouse, a closed courtyard farmstead whose origins date back to 1800, where wine and oil cultivation has been practised since the beginning. 

The particular architectural typology is characterised by the presence of an internal courtyard around which the building develops.

Adjacent to the courtyard are the Wine Bar & Shop, the production area and the ancient barrique cellar, a suggestive environment where one can breathe in the poetry of wine.

The farmhouse is the centre of the Conti Thun property, around which extend 12 hectares of vineyards and 2 hectares of olive groves.

The gentle rays of the morning sun together with the constant winds guarantee the perfect ripening of the grapes. The gentle hillsides have a morphological origin that derives from the transport and deposition that took place during glaciation.

The soil is therefore soft and dry, which allows the vines to develop grapes that are particularly intense in aroma and taste.
