Our Spumante Brut Bianco "Bolle di Gioia" is fresh and sweet, with a noble character that distinguishes Riesling grape, typical of our lands in Valtènesi. An elegant blend of Riesling Renano, obtained through Charmat method that guarantees a slow refermentation of two months at low temperature. It surprises for its sapidity and bubbles with a fine and pleasant character. An ideal companion for aperitifs in company.

TASTING NOTES
👁 To the eye: Light straw yellow in colour. The bubbles, subtle and numerous, persist pleasantly, enriching the sensory experience.
👃🏻 On the nose: Lively and elegant Spumante Brut with notes of orange blossom, grapefruit, lemongrass and citrus flowers, typical of Riesling from the Lake Garda area
👅 In the mouth: Freshness and savouriness balance each other giving an intense flavour profile
🍽 On the plate: Cold meats, white meat and fish starters, end of meal
