Bolle di Micaela Rosé Spumante comes from the first pressing of our Groppello grapes. Fresh-tasting and slightly sweet, it is enlivened with a light yet lingering sparkle. It makes the perfect companion for festive occasions and celebrations.

Its freshness, liveliness and intense aromas, with floral notes of rose, will accompany you in your moments of joy and conviviality.

TASTING NOTES

👁 To the eye: This Spumante Brut rosé attracts the eye with its bright rose colour. The bubbles are subtle, numerous, persistent and give pleasantness to the glass of this rosé sparkling wine.

👃🏻 On the nose: 100% indigenous Groppello grapes vinified in pink, giving a bouquet of wild strawberries, raspberry, lime and pomegranate

👅 In the mouth: fresh, quite savoury, intense and quite balanced
